Pinky Paradise review - GEO Berry Holic Olive Green; GEO Diamond Green; G&G Dolly Black [WIP]

Hello my dear Rainbow Sailors!
A few days ago, I came home after a three week holiday in France and Spain. I had so much fun!
When we returned, a yellow envelope containing the lenses I had ordered before we left.

Please note that this review is not complete yet, as I haven't worn the lenses.

Pinky Paradise review

The lenses I ordered came in an envelope with bubble wrap coating on the inside.

The lens bottles are carefully wrapped to prevent breaking.
Because I bought three pairs of lenses, I got three cutie animal lens cases.
And I got the eyelid patches and the velcro hair pads for free using the code VUOTO.

The lenses come in small glass bottles.

I've used the velcro hair pads and they're very nice.
However, I have not tried the eyelid patches nor the lenses.
I've been trying to get my Berry Holic ones in, but it's super hard!
So I'll keep trying untill I can get them in.

So that's all for now,

First post of 2014

Hello my dear Rainbow Sailors!
It's been ages since I last made a blogpost, I am so sorry!
I am just so busy with school, homework, art class and life in general.
I have been away for several weeks as well, so that didn't make it any easier to keep my blog alive.
I went on a trip to the Caribbean! It was several weeks, so I missed school for a while, although I did do some studying. It was a lot of fun, even without internet, family and friends. I met new friends and learned a lot about the culture, sailing, science and volcanoes.

The 100 days Clean Eating Challange obviously ended a long time ago. I'm sorry there isn't a diary post for every day, but I didn't have the time to write a blog post every day. However, I did finish the challenge and made pictures of almost every meal, although I stopped taking pictures of my breakfast and lunch on the normal days, as it simply was yoghurt with cereals and bread for lunch. Taking pictures of every meal I ate annoyed people and it took so much time... So I'm glad that's over now.

But Mirai, what do you eat now?!
I kinda fell back to my old habits of snacking cookies and chocolate, especially on the trip I mentioned.
During that trip, I ate tons of cookies. They're similar to Oreos. The cookies are called Tea Time and really yummy. Tea Time cookies come in various flavours, which is nice if you don't like chocolate or like chocolate a lot! (The flavours available in the Caribbean are vanilla, chocolate, double chocolate, chocolate strawberry and vanilla strawberry. Maybe they got more flavours, but these are the one I've seen in the supermarkets.)
Back on topic. When I came back home I stopped eating a zillion cookies a day. I returned to my old lifestle, although since the Clean Eating Challenge, some things changed. I eat more fruit and drink water instead of chocolate milk or lemonade and I only have soda drinks at very special occasions. When my body craves for a snack, I eat dark chocolate, nuts or yoghurt rather than eating sweets and cookies, although I do eat candy once in a while, just a lot less. image
But when I'm having candy or pastries, it feels like this:

~ Sweet mother of candy ~
And if feels good.

Yesterday, I went home, I felt sick and today, I'm staying at home
I was looking around on tumblr for a while but even that didn't cheer me up. So I tried watching Kokoro Connect, but I lost interest after a while, which is odd because I loooove Kokoro Connect!

The weather here is lovely, little rain, lots of sun and a nice temperature.
And it's spring! The Dutch winter wasn't too cold, so a lot of flowers are already blooming.
The sakura is blooming as well.
Sorry miss Haruno, I meant the cherry blossoms, hehe.. He...
That wasn't even close to funny, please forgive me

The 400 sakura trees in the Amsterdamse Bos (the forest of Amsterdam) are looking lovely, it seems. The picture below was taken the 18th of March. I might go to the forest this weekend, if I there isn't to much homework to do. I hope the blossoms will be just as beautiful as the years before, they looked amazing!

Day 30/100 ~ Clean Eating Challenge

Hello my dear Rainbow Sailors!
Today, we went to the supermarket, and we bought a lot of food, almost two carts full!
That's because tomorrow is a party in the park, and a pétanque competition. Mum bought a lot of food and drinks for everyone. We also bought lots of nuts, and a bottle of Holy Soda, which I've never tried before. I'm not sure if it fits in the clean eating challenge, but since it's made whitout sugar and only contains water and fruit juice and is sweetened with stevia, it shouldn't be too harmful. I will not drink this daily, though. I'll try it tomorrow, and if it's as good as my friend says it is, I might drink it at special occasions. The nut butter I mention in this article, is made by myself without recipe.
It's very easy; just put a little amount of the nuts you like (I like to put in peanuts and maybe some other nuts, like walnuts or cashews) and some oil (I prefer peanut oil to match the peanuts) in the blender and mix well untill it becomes a nice, even paste.
Today's intake
~Breakfast~

• Rice cracker sandwich with
chicken fillet (thinly sliced)
 • Rice cracker sandwich with
two slices of turkey fillet
and garden rocket

Day 6/100 ~ Clean Eating Challenge & The Uithof

Hello my dear Rainbow Sailors!

Some time ago, my grandmother won family tickets for the Uithof, including tickets for various activities.
So we went to the Uithof today, where we skied, and after the skiing, we got to kart. I wasn't very fast (especially not at the beginning, my first lap was 88 seconds, I was so scared, ehe), but at least I was not the one with the worst lap time. It was my first time karting in real life and I'm pretty satisfied with as best lap time 44 seconds.
We also got tickets for laser tagging, and it was a lot of fun! We were in two teams of five, I was with my mom in the red team. We won (^▽^)
We also got our individual scores. Mommy got the second place and I was first ヽ(*・ω・)人(・ω・*)ノ
Our last activity was active gaming, which included a dance game (not as fun as a well-functioning DDR), a football-like game, projected on the floor, a rock wall on a conveyor belt, laser squash and two weird light games I didn't do. The laser squash was pretty cool, you had to hold a silver coloured stick, which you had to use to 'squash' the laser beams.
The wall climbing was too hard, even on a slow setting. Or I fail horribly at wall climbing
After we did all these activities and ate dinner at the restaurant in the Uithof, we went to the beach, not far away. I saw a cute little lighthouse. You could even go up the lighthouse! So I did (ノ◕▽◕)ノ*:・゚✧

Today's intake
~Breakfast~

• Yoghurt strawberry smoothie

 ~Lunch~

• Four slices of rye bread,
made into sandwiches and cut in half
two halves with just cheese,
the other two with cheese and cucumber

~Dinner~

• Salad with salmon, tomato, egg, carrot and radish slices
• Fruit juice
I don't know what was in it,
but it tasted super good!
It tasted like raspberries,
so I guess that's (one of the)
main ingredient(s)!

~Snacks~

• Snow white's apple
(It was red, with one yellow spot,
which was exactly bite-sized!)
• Some walnuts
(not on picture)

Thanks for reading,
my Rainbow Sailors!
